On Saturday 09/11/2021, at approximately 1300 hours (1:00 pm), units were dispatched for an injured child on the football field in the 1000 block of Twin Arch Road. IVT 19 arrived and began care to the injured child. Aviation was requested to transport the child to a pediatric trauma center due to the injury types.

Engine 12 set up the landing zone at the carnival grounds for the helicopter.

MSP Trooper-3 arrived, the child was treated by EMS and transferred to the helicopter and transported to the trauma center within 30 minutes.
